PRIVACY POLICY

1. The administrator of your personal data is Jolanta Konieczna, which sells products under the brand name "SMPdoll", via the website https://smpdoll.shop / (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

2. The Seller processes your personal data in a safe manner, in accordance with the law, including the
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (also known as: General Data Protection Regulation - “GDPR”)

3. The Seller processes Customer personal data in order to fulfill orders, provide the Seller with services electronically, to carry out the payment process, deliver products purchased and other purposes specified in the Terms and Conditions. The data is processed only on the basis of legal provisions or consent expressed by the Customer in accordance with the applicable law.

4. The customer submits his personal data to the Seller voluntarily, with the reservation, that failure to provide certain data during the process of purchasing goods may render the submission and delivery of the order impossible.

5. Personal data collected from the client is processed for the following purposes:

• implementation of sales contracts

• conducting marketing of the Seller's products

• research on the effectiveness of marketing activities

• research on the correctness of the functioning of the sales platform

• needs related to accounting reporting

• handling requests and inquiries addressed to the Seller by Customers

6. With regards to the implementation of the processes described in point 5, the Seller collects the following types of data:

• user account data - verification for access to the account (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of  the GDPR)

• basic personal data - verification purposes, processing of queries, enabling the conclusion of sales contracts, verification of their implementation, assistance with their conclusion or execution, delivery of products, handling complaints (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b)

• address data - delivery of products, handling complaints and inquiries (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b and c of the GDPR)

• contact details - handling complaints and inquiries, providing information about the status of the order, assistance with delivery (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR)

• login data - verification of the use of the Service (registration and de-registration), usage statistics (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b, f  of the GDPR)

• transaction history - maintaining an account and providing access to sales history, order tracking by the customer, usage statistics, analysis and market research (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b, f of the GDPR)

• payment data - execution of sales contracts (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR)

• access data - examination of interest in specific brands or products (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph, 1 letter f of the GDPR)

7. The main guideline, applied by the Seller, is to store customer data for the shortest possible time, in conjunction with the period needed to implement the sales and delivery process of the ordered goods. Data is stored on a continuous basis based on the consent expressed by the customer and related to the performance of services ordered by them, such as sending a newsletter or maintaining a created Customer Account.

8. The Customer has the right to demand from the Administrator access to his personal data, correct it, delete it and limit its processing. The customer has also the right to demand transfer of his personal data to another data controller.

The Seller provides the means to remove personal data from his database, in particular in the event of deleting the Customer Account. The Seller may refuse to delete personal data if the customer has not paid all the amount due to the Seller or violated the applicable law, and the retention of personal data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the Customer's liability.

9.The client has the option of lodging a complaint to the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) if he/she believes that the processing of personal data violates the law.

10. The Administrator protects the personal data provided to him and makes every effort to protect it against unauthorized access. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the best possible means of technical, physical and organizational protection of personal data protection against their accidental or deliberate destruction, loss, disclosure, change, use. The administrator processes the Customer's data in a manner consistent with the scope of the authorization by the Customer and in accordance with the legal requirements and the GDPR Regulation.

11. In order to implement the contract, the Seller may provide the data collected from you to the post service Poczta Polska, Shoper platform (website engine), (legal basis for data processing: Article 28 of the GDPR). In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the minimum required. In addition, the information you provide may be made available to competent public authorities if required by applicable law.

12. The customer may voluntarily provide his e-mail address and subscribe to the newsletter. The e-mail address is processed for the purpose of sending marketing offers. At any time, the customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter by putting email again in Newsletter field on main page Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR .

SMPdoll.shop uses cookies. By continuing to use the website without changing the browser settings the User consents to the use of cookies.

1. Cookies are essential for the provision of electronic services via the Shop. Cookies, contain information that is necessary for the proper functioning of the Shop and for the statistical analysis of website traffic.

2. The website uses three main types of cookies: “session” cookies, “persistent” cookies and “analytical” cookies.

1. “Session” cookies are temporary files which are stored on the User’s end-device until they log out (leave the website).

2. “Persistent” cookies remain stored on the User’s device until deleted manually or automatically after a set period of time.
